For career day, one of our children invited their foster family to speak to the class about what it means to be a foster parent. Beaming with pride, this child wanted to highlight the love, support, and sense of belonging they experience every day at home.

Their admiration went even further—on superhero day, they chose to dress up as one of their foster parents.

The impact of a loving foster family is truly life-changing. With the right support, every child has the ability to thrive in a safe and nurturing home.

With kids out for summer, many join sports clubs, camps, and leagues. Staying active while learning teamwork, discipline, and new skills. These summer programs can be a great space for growth, mentorship, and building confidence.

At the same time, it’s important to remember that abuse can occur in sports environments, including clubs and camps. It may not always be obvious, and athletes can sometimes feel unsure about speaking up. Knowing the signs and where to turn for support can make a critical difference.

Something new just dropped on Netflix… 😉

Season TWO of our Les Trois Chefs 2026 Derby Gala was a massive hit, and we’re still reliving every moment! From brining the fastest two minutes in sports right here in Knoxville to an unforgettable evening of giving back, it was truly one for the books.

At 3pm tomorrow, step into the giant inflatable fooseball game, where our local One Knox SC soccer players and kids will team up for an action-packed, head-to-head showdown to benefit Childhelp! Our very own ¡VamosVols! Carlos Lopez will be on the mic during the event! Thanks to National Fitness, this will all go to benefit ChildHelp.

While the fooseball game will be open all day for everyone, we'll this kicks off at 3:10pm so you won't want to miss the action!

We went bananas at Neyland Stadium this weekend! 🍌🏟️

Our team and incredible volunteers traded our usual gear for t-shirts to help out at the Savannah Bananas game, and let’s just say we’ve officially decided that baseball is much more fun when there’s a little bit of chaos and a lot of heart involved.

Beyond the dance moves and the trick plays, we were there for a mission: raising vital funds to support over 12,000 children right here in East Tennessee. We are thrilled to share that through all the hard work, we raised a little over $10,500!

A massive thank you to everyone who made this possible. It’s safe to say this was a home run for the kids we serve. ⚾️✨

Join the Fun: Volunteer for Knoxville’s Largest Kids Party!
Looking for a fun way to earn service hours and give back to the East Tennessee community? Childhelp Tennessee is looking for energetic volunteers to help us at Knoxville’s Largest Kids Party at World’s Fair Park!
This high-energy event features bounce houses, water slides, a character parade, and more. Most importantly, it is a fundraiser for Childhelp Tennessee, meaning every hour you volunteer helps us provide essential services to children in our community.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026
Location: World’s Fair Park Performance Lawn
Requirement: Volunteers must be 15 or older.
Perks: You’ll receive a free event T-shirt upon arrival! Water refill stations are available on-site, so please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated.
What You’ll Be Doing
We have roles for everyone! Most positions involve keeping the fun safe and organized by monitoring lines for the inflatable attractions. We also need:
Party Pals Parade: Assist with the character parade and candy distribution.
Event Logistics: Help with check-in, wristband sales, and general event support.
Open Shifts
We are in high need of volunteers for the following times:
1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (24 slots)
