The Arkansas Hospitality Association (AHA) serves as the voice for Arkansas' restaurant lodging and tourism sectors, representing our members' interests through advocacy, education and promotion. As the voice of the hospitality industry, the AHA:

- Represents the industry before the Arkansas General Assembly and government agencies;
- Promotes public awareness of the industry and its contributions to the Arkansas economy;
- Facilitates specially discounted benefits and services to our members;
- Offers training and education programs on food and alcohol safety, student training programs and more to build the future of the hospitality industry in Arkansas
- Sponsors one of the state’s largest trade shows in the Fall of each year, highlighting the latest technology in services and products required by the hospitality industry.

Last week, we joined the annual Ben E. Keith Foods Show at the Hot Springs Convention Center for a great day of food, new flavors, and connections across the foodservice industry.

AHA was there in full force, visiting with restaurant owners and hospitality professionals from across Arkansas and neighboring states. We also hosted a giveaway, with Jamie Santillan, owner of McBride's Cafe & Bakery and Bob's Grill Conway AR, taking home the prize!

Thanks to Ben E. Keith for bringing everyone together and allowing us to connect with the people and businesses that keep Arkansas hospitality thriving!

This past week, we had the pleasure of serving as judges for the Arkansas State Fair’s Adult Open Bake Competition. With so many delicious creations to try, it was safe to say we had our fill of sweet treats!

Early voting has officially started!

We’re encouraging Arkansans to vote YES on Issue 3! Issue 3 gives communities tools to support development and infrastructure, helps small businesses grow, strengthens downtowns and local economies, and creates an environment where Arkansas hospitality can continue to thrive.

Arkansas is the only state in our region without these kinds of economic development tools. Let’s change that.
