Through our Don’t Move-Improve! Program, NHS provides access to home improvement loans and refinancing assistance designed to help homeowners invest in the homes and communities they’ve already built.

Protecting a home means protecting a family’s legacy. 🏡❤️

This week, we’re proud to celebrate our NHS staff and real estate agent Nick for representing NHS of Los Angeles County in Philadelphia at a national convening focused on heirs’ property, also known as tangled titles.

Leaders traveled from communities across the country to share ideas, learn best practices, and develop stronger solutions to help families maintain ownership of their homes and preserve generational wealth.

NHS is proud to be part of the year-long NCST heirs’ property partnership, bringing what we learn back to Los Angeles County and continuing our work to help families protect the homes and legacies they’ve worked so hard to build.

Thank you to our team, Nick, and all of the organizations working together to create stronger pathways to sustainable homeownership and generational wealth.
