As the University Apartments North lead officer, Jonathan Rivenburg is all too familiar with the buildings he patrols. Having lived at Rieber Hall as an undergraduate, he now protects the same campus he studied at as a UCLA student.

After a four-year hiatus, we were honored to once again participate in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Southern California!
As the Special Olympics Summer Games returned to action after a four-year hiatus, so did the Law Enforcement Torch Run, featuring police departments from all across Southern California including the UCLA Police Department.

CRIME ALERT: Two separate incidents occurred yesterday in the early morning hours.
In one, a group of suspects drove past and threw eggs at a victim and her friends from their vehicle, while one of the suspects yelled a racial slur.
In the other incident, a suspect climbed onto the balcony of a residence and removed two large signs while the residents were inside the building.
