After a four-year hiatus, we were honored to once again participate in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Southern California!

As the Special Olympics Summer Games returned to action after a four-year hiatus, so did the Law Enforcement Torch Run, featuring police departments from all across Southern California including the UCLA Police Department.

CRIME ALERT: Two separate incidents occurred yesterday in the early morning hours.

In one, a group of suspects drove past and threw eggs at a victim and her friends from their vehicle, while one of the suspects yelled a racial slur.

In the other incident, a suspect climbed onto the balcony of a residence and removed two large signs while the residents were inside the building.
