Our day time office phone number is 502-690-7880, available for calls Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (there is a lunch break from 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM). We do not allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages or any type of drug use before or during your visit with us. Anyone that is suspected of being intoxicated or under the influence of anything will be asked to leave. Due to constru

ction and availability, we are unable to offer events such as weddings, receptions, or gatherings at this time. In fairness to our other guests, these are also not allowed during tours or investigations. We do not allow live streaming unless approved by the Media Director or Director of Operations, in advance and in writing, as soon as we can.
