On this day in 1485, King Henry VII established the Yeoman Warders, aka the Beefeaters, to guard the Tower of London. 500+ years later, they still lock up every night in a ceremony that's never missed a night.

Our Louisville Water Tower has stood since 1860, and while we don't have Beefeaters of our own, our team's been on watch 24/7 ever since. We see you, fellow guardians. 👑
