Mrs. Middleton brings a wealth of educational experience, a passion for student success, and a heart for serving middle school students. She comes to us after teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade mathematics and RTI intervention courses, where she built a reputation for creating engaging learning environments, using data to drive instruction, and helping students grow both academically and personally.

While Coach Palmer is certainly not new to the Mackenzie Family, she is stepping into an exciting new leadership opportunity that is a perfect reflection of her dedication, passion, and commitment to our students.

Many of our students and families already know Coach Palmer from her outstanding work as an AVID teacher and girls coach. Throughout her time at Mackenzie, she has built meaningful relationships, inspired students to achieve their best, and consistently demonstrated what it means to lead with heart, integrity, and purpose.

Coach Palmer understands that athletics is about much more than wins and losses. It is about building confidence, developing character, fostering teamwork, and preparing young people for success both on and off the field of play.
