For all my LeBron lovers. CeO had not one…not two…not three… BUT FOUR scholars in the Health Professions Shadowing Program this year! This is a 2 week shadowing program hosted by the Center for Pre Health Advising, where a small cohort of pre health scholars spend two weeks shadowing a variety of healthcare professionals. It is a unique, fabulous, and life changing experience! All pre health scholars must apply!! Just listen to the videos of our scholars today at their closing ceremony to hear how impactful the experience was to them and advice they have for those applying in the future 🌟🌟

To Litzy, Tiffany, Shangying, & Jannah - the future of medicine is bright with the four of you in it. CeO is so proud of all you have achieved thus far and what we know you’ll continue to achieve. Cheers ❣️

🌟CeO Superstar Feature! 🌟

CeO Scholar, Sarah Thomaschefsky, presented today at the American Chemical Society’s Biennial Conference on Chemical Education! A massive week long conference bringing in chemists, educators, and researchers from around the world all to UW-Madison! Sarah was one of very few undergraduate students who presented her research project at the conference and held herself with the grace and wisdom of a graduate student in front of so many experts and leaders in the field. I mean the title of her session was literally “Graduate Student Symposium: Engaging in Scholarly Teaching”. And she seamlessly blended in! So it is a good thing she is continuing her journey this fall at the University of Iowa where she will pursue her PhD in Chemical Education!
💛🤍🖤Congrats, Sarah! We are all so incredibly proud of you.

✨Ryan Grady appreciation post✨
Warning: mute the video or turn your volume down cause we won’t apologize for our passion when it comes to supporting our team 🙂‍↕️

On Monday our very own Ryan Grady received the OACS Community Leadership Award! An award that honors individuals that have made exceptional contributions to the advising community. If you know Ryan then you know this award was made for him and long overdue. That’s why Hyewon nominated him for the award 3 years in a row and in the words of Ryan, “Don’t get in the way of Hyewon and what Hyewon wants” 😂😭

It was also an incredibly beautiful moment to see Kimberly Vue also receive this award! Kimberly is a CeO alumni, former CeO advisor, and current PEOPLE academic advising manager.

Cheers to two incredible advisors and people with the biggest hearts and the best listening ears. What a privilege it is to know you Ryan and Kimberly 🤍🌟

🎓✨Your CeO Class of 2026✨🎓
We will keep it short & sweet because we hope you all felt the same amount of love and gratitude that us staff felt in that room last Sunday and let that be a testament to all the things we could say here. But in the words of our keynote alumni speaker, CC Vang:

“You are a blessing to this university. You are the voice of the future. Stay blessed.”

CeO will always be here for you. So, until we see you again.

Congratulations and On, Wisconsin! ❤️🤍

💫Student Employee Appreciation Week💫
Cheers to the ones we could never rein in 🥰 To the ones who set the tone, culture, energy, and legacy for CeO — our ✨Peer Navigators✨ This group has been a particularly special, courageous, goofy, brave, and overall excellent bunch that has shown what it means to build community and welcoming spaces. But we knew you’d be a unique group after we watched you all tackle a high ropes course during training week with no fear and all ambition! Watching you all grow into your role as mentors is one of the greatest rewards for CeO Staff and better yet watching you all grow as your helping your first year mentees grow at the same time is the 🍒 on top. Each of these Peer Navigators has brought their own creativity, identity, and leadership to this role and CeO is a better program because of them.

Peer Navigators of the past and present - we are forever grateful for you all and the work that you do
