🛠️ Turning Support into Action: "Our Bridge to Home Repairs" 🏠

We are incredibly grateful to announce a $15,000 gift from the Old National Bank Foundation in support of Project Home’s Home Repair Programs!

This vital funding is a true bridge for us. While we receive public funding to help preserve and improve housing in Madison, Dane County, and Green County, those funds only cover a portion of our actual operating expenses. This grant helps close that gap, ensuring our dedicated crews can keep doing what they do best.

For the second consecutive year, the ONB Foundation has stepped up as a key partner. Their investment directly aligns with a shared commitment to stewardship, transparency, and learning in service of our local communities.

With this 12-month grant, we are aiming to benefit 300 individuals across our communities. This funding will target critical, safety-focused home repairs for low-to-moderate-income residents.

Thank you, Old National Bank Foundation, for helping us build stronger, safer, and more stable neighborhoods. Together, we are keeping our community in their homes Safe and Sound.

Round two of our Spring Spruce Up with the incredible team from TruStage was a total success! 🪴✨

Last week, volunteers tackled garbage pickup, weeding, flower planting, and mulching the playground at Prairie Crossing Apartments. It was so rewarding to see last year’s planting efforts thriving—the strawberries and flowers looked beautiful, and our residents were so happy to share their progress with the team!

Huge thanks to the TruStage volunteers (Steve, Michelle and Alex) for their hard work and big hearts. You make such a difference!

Cheers to $25k for Green County!

A massive thank you to New Glarus Brewing Co. and the Only in Wisconsin Giving Fund for their continued investment in our Green County home repair programs.

Because of their support, we are already changing lives for four local families who are currently receiving vital home repairs. Check out these photos of a new Radon Mitigation System we just installed for one of those customers! 🌬️🏠

We’re doing more of these health-focused installs than ever before, using OIWG funds alongside other resources to maximize our impact. We couldn't do it without partners who care about Wisconsin as much as we do!
