👨‍🍳🤠 MCHS CULINARY STUDENTS IN ACTION! 🤠👩‍🍳
Our Madison County High School Culinary students had a wonderful opportunity to prepare and serve lunch at the Madison Garden Club! 🍽️
Experiences like these allow our students to take their learning beyond the classroom and put their culinary skills into practice in a real-world setting. From food preparation to serving guests, our students are building confidence, sharpening their skills, and gaining valuable experience that will help prepare them for future opportunities.
A special thank you to our culinary instructor, Mona Kelley, for leading and guiding our students as they continue to grow their talents and explore their passion for the culinary arts!
We are proud of our Cowboys and Cowgirls for representing MCHS so well and demonstrating the value of hands-on learning! 💪❤️
At MCHS, we’re not just learning skills—we’re preparing for the future!

Attention, MCHS 10th-Grade Students and Families!

All 10th-grade students will take the PSAT on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. We need ALL 10th-grade students at school and on time that day. There will be NO makeup testing for the PSAT.

The PSAT gives students valuable practice for the SAT, helps them identify strengths in reading, writing, and math, and highlights skills they can continue to improve.

Families, please help your student get a good night’s rest, arrive ready to test, and plan appointments outside the school day whenever possible.

Every Cowboy counts! Let’s show up, give our best effort, and take another step toward future success!

💗 Cowboys, let’s PINK OUT MCHS! 💗

On Friday, October 16, 2026, we invite all students, staff, and families to wear pink as we honor those who have faced cancer, support those currently undergoing treatment, and remember the loved ones we have lost.

Behind every pink ribbon is someone’s story—a family member, friend, coworker, or neighbor. Together, we recognize survivors, offer encouragement to those living with cancer, and thank the caregivers who stand beside them.

Let’s fill MCHS with pink and remind our Cowboy family that they are loved, supported, and never alone. 🤠🩷
