Our very first Disguise a Pumpkin Contest was a huge success! We had 7 incredibly creative entries from our staff, and after student and staff voting, we are excited to announce our top three winners:

🥇 1st Place: Want A Donut – Mrs. Wiegand
🥈 2nd Place: Spaghetti & Meatballs – Mrs. Moeller

Reading goals UNLOCKED!

We have another incredible academic milestone to celebrate! A big high five and shoutout to our dedicated Bobcats who completed their Lexia reading program during the first quarter!

What is Lexia? It’s our interactive, adaptive literacy program designed to strengthen students' reading skills—from vocabulary and comprehension to structural analysis and grammar. Finishing Lexia requires consistent effort, focus, and a lot of independent reading work!

We are so proud of these students for putting in the time and pushing their literacy skills to the next level. Keep shining, readers!

Major Bobcat Shoutout!

Huge high fives to our students who finished an entire year’s worth of ALEKS math—and one student who finished TWO full grade levels—all within Quarter 1!

ALEKS is our self-paced, adaptive math program that helps students master critical math skills. Tackling that much content in nine weeks is no easy feat, and we couldn't be prouder of their focus and grit!

Upcoming Parent Meeting: Travel & Attendance

Are you planning an extended family trip this school year? We want to make sure you have everything you need to support your child's learning while away!

When: Thursday, October 29, 2026 | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Where: Lenihan Cafeteria
Childcare: Provided!

Attendance Requirement:
At least one parent/guardian needs to attend if you plan on an extended trip resulting in 5+ missed school days, or if your student has ongoing attendance concerns. See the attached flyer for details!
