Payette Lakes Progressive Club The Payette Lakes Progressive Club is a non-profit, community based philanthropic and public service organization based in McCall, Idaho. Luke's McCall.

This women’s philanthropic and public service club was founded in 1930 and continues to this day with the same goals of supporting the quality of life in McCall. The Progressive Club was involved in many early projects that served the community. The club established the Cemetery Foundation who coordinated the village cemetery on land donated by the Brown family. The club helped to establish the Mc

Call Public Library, which started with a few shelves in an abandoned lady's restroom of a garage. The club was active in the early McCall Winter Carnivals by building floats for the parade, making ice sculptures and timing races. In the spring and summer, the club planted flowers in parks and barrels along the main streets. The club promoted landscaping of City parks, financed the City park sprinkler system in the 1960's, and was integral in the formation of Art Roberts Park. The club purchased band uniforms for the high school in 1969.The club contributed to establishing the Memorial Hospital which is now St. The club supported the Girl Scouts over many years which included giving scholarships for attendance to Camp by the Lake. The club continues to give annual competitive scholarship awards to graduating seniors from McCall-Donnelly, Meadows Valley and Heartland High Schools. Below is a list of recent local community philanthropic efforts supported by Payette lakes Progressive Club:

* Financial assistance to Heartland Hunger Resource Center (McCall Food Bank)
* Support of the Payette Lakes Community Association's After School Program

* St. Andrew's Episcopal Church Summer Reading Camp
* St. Luke's McCall digital mammogram machine
* St. Luke's Hospital Hope and Healing Program
* McCall College
* Purchase of musical instruments for Donnelly Elementary School
* McCall Beautification

The Payette Lakes Progressive Club is bringing three of McCall's favorite things together for one spectacular morning at the Stars & Stripes Fashion Show 2026.

I am so excited to invite you to the Payette Lakes Progressive Club's Stars & Stripes Fashion Show 2026! As this year's chair, I have poured my heart into making this a truly special event, and I cannot wait to share it with this amazing McCall community.

We're gathering at the breathtaking Shore Lodge Pavilion — right on the edge of gorgeous Payette Lake — for a morning of fabulous fashion, great company, and good old-fashioned Idaho fun. Red, white, and blue never looked so good!
