Parents,
We would like to thank you for choosing us to educate your scholars! We are committed to providing our scholars with a safe arrival and dismissal process. We are requesting your patience and assistance as we implement our dismissal procedures.

Arrival Expectations
1. All scholars will enter the building on the Wellington side of the building (This is the street beside the Mapco Gas Station that allows traffic to run both ways.

2. Scholars should report to school, in full uniform, unless a spirt day is observed.

3. Scholars should arrive at school between 7:45am- 8:15am to be on time. Note: Breakfast will be served from 7:45am-8:05am. *After 8:15am, scholars must be signed in, by a parent or guardian, in the main office on the Willougby side of the school.

4. Cell phones will be collected during arrival and returned during dismissal.

Dismissal Expectations
1. Early check out will end at 2:30pm each day. Please be mindful that scholars are missing instructional content when they are dismissed early; therefore, we ask that you minimize the frequency in which you check your child out prior to dismissal.

2. To maximize instructional time, dismissal will begin at 3:10pm for all car riders. Car riders are picked up on Willoughby side of the school. Parents/Guardians will park along both sides of the street, and a member of the school team will come to the car to gain your scholar's name. Please be patient with this process for the first few weeks of school. We need all parents to remain in their vehicles to expedite the process.

3. Walkers are dismissed at 3:15pm. Note: Kindergarten and first grade walkers will not be released unless an older sibling or adult picks them up.

4. School bus riders will be dismissed at 3:05pm. Note: Kindergarten and first grade bus riders will not be released unless an older sibling or adult picks them up at the bus stop.
