A big thank you to everyone who joined us for October’s Volunteer Stewardship Day! Our volunteers put Schiff’s many stewardship tools to good use removing invasive species and protecting our native habitats.

A special thank you to the Mendham High School Environmental Club for volunteering their time AND raising an incredible $583 for Schiff through a bake sale and herb sale!

We are so grateful for our volunteers and the next generation of environmental stewards helping protect the lands we love.

Join us tomorrow at 9 AM for Volunteer Stewardship Day at Schiff Nature Preserve!

Help care for the preserve through a variety of hands-on stewardship projects, from trail maintenance and invasive species removal to protecting and restoring our natural spaces. It’s a great opportunity to give back to the place our community loves to explore! Meet at the Nature Center, dress for the weather, and bring work gloves and water. Tools will be provided. Volunteers 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

A Night of Generosity, Community, and Conservation!

One of the most memorable moments of Schiff Natural Lands Trust’s 8th Annual Farm to Table Benefit Dinner was our paddle raise, where the generosity and enthusiasm of our community were truly inspiring.

Through the extraordinary generosity and commitment of our donors, sponsors, and community members, we are delighted to announce that we surpassed our $70,000 fundraising goal!

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed, attended, volunteered, and helped bring this special evening to life. Your support directly advances our conservation efforts, strengthens our educational programs, and helps ensure that Schiff’s treasured natural landscapes remain protected and accessible for generations to come.

What a wonderful day at Mendham Fest this past Saturday!

Schiff Natural Lands Trust was thrilled to be part of this fantastic community celebration! We enjoyed welcoming so many visitors to our table, connecting with familiar faces, meeting new friends, and sharing our passion for conservation, preservation, environmental education and stewardship.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, our dedicated trustees who represented Schiff, and the organizers who made this wonderful event possible.
