Care Lodge Domestic Violence Shelter is seeking a compassionate and motivated Transitional Housing Case Manager to join our team in supporting survivors of domestic violence as they work toward safety, stability, and independence.
✨ Position Highlights:
🔹 Full-time position
🔹 Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline required
🔹 Provide case management and advocacy services to participants in our Transitional Housing Assistance Program
🔹 Develop individualized service plans and safety plans
🔹 Conduct presentations and public relations activities as requested
🔹 Participate in an on-call rotation
🔹 Some evening and weekend hours may be required
