Flipster is a digital magazine service you can access with your library card — either online in a browser or via the Flipster app for mobile devices.

1. Accessing Flipster Online --
Find the link by checking the Millsboro Public Library.

Look for Flipster logo
Click on it

New screen opens
Log in: Enter your 14‑digit library card number (no spaces) in the Patron ID box.

2. Read an issue
Click Read Now for the latest issue or choose a back issue from the detailed record. You can preview, zoom, print, or save to PDF

3. Using the Flipster App (Offline Viewing)
Download the app: Search for “Flipster – Digital Magazines” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Log in: Select your library (Delaware Division of Libraries) and enter your library card number

Download & read:

Tap a magazine cover to borrow it.

Click Download to save it for offline reading.

Tap Read to open it.

By following these steps, you can enjoy hundreds of popular magazines — from People to Consumer Reports — directly through your library’s Flipster account.

A memorial service on 9/11

The Millsboro Police Department invites our community to join us as we honor the lives lost, remember the courage shown, and pay tribute to the first responders and everyday heroes of September 11, 2001.

Together, we will pause to reflect, remember those we lost, and reaffirm the unity and resilience that define our nation.
