Emerge Community Development (or EMERGE) was established as a 501(c)3 nonprofit and affiliate of Pillsbury United Communities in 1995 as an innovative approach to job creation strategies that focused on creating employment opportunities for hard to employ adults. Based in North Minneapolis and Cedar Riverside, EMERGE helps people facing significant obstacles redefine themselves. Every year, we ass

New Training Alert. EMERGE is now offering a new multi-layered Cannabis training program in partnership with Saint Paul College & Lauryn House that provides trainees the opportunity to build skills and obtain industry credentials. This training is geared to help those individuals and communities affected by unjust cannabis laws in the past (exclusions may apply). Classes begin September 1st!
