🚒 Celebrating EMS Week: May 17–23, 2026 💙
This week, we want to share our deepest gratitude for the incredible Emergency Medical Services professionals who keep our community safe.
A special, heartfelt thank you goes out to our external EMS partners, as well as the dedicated members within our own fire department family who proudly wear both hats as firefighters and EMS providers.
In public safety, we know that seconds save lives. Whether responding to a medical emergency or working scenes together, your skill, calm under pressure, and compassion make all the difference. True to this year’s theme, we are "Improving Outcomes, Together."
To all the EMS workers serving our community—both on our roster and alongside us—thank you for your tireless dedication and sacrifice. You are true everyday heroes!

Last night The Moosup Fire Department held their Annual Dinner. Our members, life members, and invited guests enjoyed great conversation, memories, and of course alot of laughs. A huge thank you to Pano and his Edis crew for the amazing appetizers, main course and desserts. Pano, you always go above and beyond and you are so appreciated! Years of service awards were handed out to the following: Tucker Bond, Jordan Barile, Timmy Labarre, Kevin Henault, Brian Theriault and Roger Deloge. Thank you for your years of service. A special thanks to Chief Bellavance, and his officers for making Moosup Fire Department the respected place that it is. Until next year.
