A friendly reminder regarding 4-H camps-

As an event hosted under WVU Extension, 4-H camps are considered CLOSED CAMPS. This means that unless you are a camp volunteer with assigned roles or visiting on business, you are restricted from entering 4-H camp. For the safety of the youth campers, the general public are asked to refrain from visiting 4-H camp while camp is in session. For Camp Muffly pool hours and other information, reach out to Camp Muffly.

We ask that if you are a 4-H camp visitor for the purpose of teaching a class, presenting during an assembly, or any other purpose previously approved by Becca, that you sign in with her immediately when arriving at camp.

We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our rules.

Yesterday we celebrated Sarah on her last day as our Office Manager. While we are sad to see her go, we are so grateful for everything she has done for our office, our programs, and the countless people she has helped along the way.

What a wonderful final day of Cloverbud 4-H Day Camp! 🍀✨

Today our campers took a tour of Camp Muffly, explored a cabin, and even got to check out the bunk beds where future 4-H campers sleep during overnight camp. They also created elf shoes, engineered bridges, and made trail mix as part of our "Once Upon a 4-H Camp" adventures.

As we wrapped up camp with our final Council Circle, we want to give a huge shoutout to our incredible teen and adult counselors. Your energy, patience, leadership, and enthusiasm made this camp experience possible, and we are so grateful for all you do.

Thank you to all of our Cloverbuds for an amazing three days. We loved spending time with you and can't wait to see you this fall at 4-H club meetings! ❤️🍀

We are so grateful to have these three helping with Day Camp this week!

Josie and Robin are serving as WVU Extension Camp Instructors this summer, traveling to county camps across West Virginia to lead games, support camp staff, and help ensure campers are having fun, staying safe, and learning new things along the way.

We’re also incredibly lucky to have Brigid volunteering with us once again. For the past five summers, she has stepped up wherever needed and played a huge role in helping Day Camp run smoothly.

Thank you, Josie, Robin, and Brigid, for your hard work, dedication, and the positive impact you make on our campers each year!

We had a beautiful second day at Monongalia County 4-H Cloverbud Day Camp at Camp Muffly Park. Our campers made a delicious pizza bagel in snack class, engineered a parachute in STEM class, made a marble run in craft class, and played pool noodle games in "This is 4-H" class. We made puppets out of lunch bags and held a fairy tale puppet show, went swimming, and had so much fun with all our friends. We can’t wait until tomorrow! How How! 🍀

What a fun first day we had at 4-H Cloverbud Day Camp! We had so much fun in our morning classes, took part in a Book Trail sponsored by the Morgantown Public Library, went swimming, and had so many laughs at council circle. We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!
