Today we’re celebrating a very special member of the Tri Village Rescue family — Rescue! 🐶🚑❤️

She may not answer the radio or run calls, but she’s always ready to bring a little happiness to the crew!

We’re pretty sure she’s the best-looking member of the team. 😉🐾

Some sunsets make you stop for a moment.
Working in EMS means seeing our community from a perspective most people never will. We’re there on ordinary days, on someone’s worst day, and during moments that can change families and communities forever.

Recently, our community has experienced more loss than any community should have to bear. We’ve mourned friends, neighbors, young lives, and people whose absence is felt far beyond their own families. Those losses weigh heavily on all of us, including the first responders who answer the calls, care for those involved, and then return to service for the next person who needs them.

But through the heartbreak, we’re continually reminded of what makes a small community so special. When tragedy happens, people show up. Fire, EMS, law enforcement, dispatchers, healthcare workers, neighbors, friends, and complete strangers come together. We carry one another when the weight becomes too heavy to carry alone.

Tonight, this view felt like a reminder to appreciate the quiet moments between the calls. To check on your people. To say what needs to be said. To be kind. And to never take an ordinary day for granted.

To the families in our community carrying unimaginable loss, you are not forgotten.
And to every first responder who continues to answer the call while carrying pieces of the calls that came before, thank you for continuing to show up.

Behind every ambulance, rescue truck, cruiser, and fire engine are people serving a community they call home. ❤️

Need an idea for dinner tomorrow or you’ve worked a long day at work and don’t want to cook? Don’t worry we have an idea for you! Join us tomorrow August 19th at Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenville to eat wings and raise funds.

For the FIRST time Tri Village Rescue has teamed up with Buffalo Wild Wings fundraiser, eat wings raise funds. 🚑

Buffalo Wild Wings will donate 15% of total sales (exclusions may apply such as alcohol and other promotions) back to Tri Village Rescue. Money raised will go directly towards ESSENTIAL equipment needed to help provide the BEST care possible when you need us in an emergency! 🚨

Big shout out to the folks of the Ft. Jefferson United Methodist Church, and the residents of Wayne Lakes! We would like to thank everyone who came out to the Ice Cream Social to help raise funds for Tri-Village Rescue. The funds you raised will help us replace the equipment needed for the care of the people we serve. Once again, thank you so much for thinking of and supporting our department.
