Supporting our neighbors in need through spirituality, friendship, and service; providing emergency food, clothing, financial, & in-kind assistance/homeless prevention, since 1868. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

The Closet Door needs a summer restock, and we need it soon.

We are urgently collecting T shirts, shorts, sandals, backpacks, blankets, towels and other essentials for our unhoused neighbors.

Drop off donations at any SVdP Omaha thrift store or at the Holy Family Center, 1715 Izard St., Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We’re hiring a Conference Liaison to help support our parish Conferences, volunteers, and neighbors across Omaha!

This is a full time position based at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Omaha’s Holy Family Center.

Every weekday, our volunteers prepare more than 250 sack lunches for neighbors experiencing hunger in downtown Omaha. Donated food and supplies help make each meal possible.

Our blanket supply has run out, and we need your help caring for our neighbors.

Clean, new or gently used blankets can be dropped off at any of our thrift stores during donation hours or at the Holy Family Center (1715 Izard St.), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
