Blue Eyes Bakery LLC My love for baking started at a young age learning from my mother and grandmother. Using organic products, backyard eggs and the finest ingredients.

Homemade sourdough breads, baked goods and personalized sugar cookies are what i have to offer 🥰 I've just recently become a full-time stay-at-home mom, leaving the hospital I worked at for 14 years to pursue my lifelong dream of one day owning my own bakery. The name Blue Eyes for the bakery originated from my family; we all have baby blue eyes ;) My husband gave me the push to be home more and g

row my business, leaving the corporate world behind. I have 2 young boys, homeschool, own 18 chickens, and run an in-home micro-bakery. My schedule works around my kids very busy school and athletic activities. I've always loved baking for my family and other people. After having kids, I wanted them to have foods that are better for their bodies, hence why I strive to use organic, natural, non-GMO products and foods that I can either grow myself or make for them. Knowing what's in your food is very important to me. I want to provide an option for those who want a more wholesome change to the nonhealthy foods that plaque our society. I strive to use Organic, natural, non-GMO products and want to share my passion for these healthier options for people and their families to enjoy.

Can you believe it’s almost time to send the kids back to school 😳 happy or sad it’s true. In only a few short weeks they will be back in class. Make that time a little easier with a sweet treat! Cookies are made using organic ingredients and are dye and nut free. Get those preorders in within the next couple weeks, or grab them from the stand.

I hope you are enjoying your Michigan summer so far! I truly love everything about a Michigan Summer; lakes, fairs, ice cream, morning walks, fresh fruit, and vacations! I’ve enjoyed having this week with family but I’m ready to get back to baking for you!!!

What to do, what to do? I have all this squash and zucchini and I didn’t want any of it to go to waste. I mean we grew it and my mom grew some in the garden, so I have to eat every last bite I can 🥰 Zapple pie for the win (it’s zucchini not apples) and a long time favorite my mom used to make at peak season, fried squash. Kid approved and they are getting in the veggies
