Strong winds gusting to 80 knots are expected for Mojave Desert Slopes today through tomorrow noon, and gust to 55 knots for the mountains and valleys of Ventura county tomorrow morning thru evening. There is the potential for low-level wind shear and occasional moderate to severe low-level turbulence, and blowing dust for Mojave and nearby deserts.
