Beginning October 7, 2026, you’ll need to enter a PIN along with your library card number when logging in to OverDrive services, including Libby and the Alaska Digital Library.

📚 The Friends of Petersburg Libraries Book Sale is coming up this Saturday!

Start clearing those shelves—donations are being accepted now through Friday, October 2 for the annual sale.

Then join us Saturday, October 3, from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. for books, DVDs, puzzles, games, Christmas items, Alaska books, and more. Bring a bag and fill it for $5!

They'll also have a silent auction featuring special prints, oak picture frames, and other unique items.
