🚤 Ahoy! Meet the newest member of the Children's Room crew... the SS Go Fish! 🎣

We may have gotten a little carried away during sea trials... 😄

A huge thank you to Sealaska Heritage Institute for providing this wonderful play boat! The SS Go Fish will be making its official maiden voyage at Baby Raven Reads on Saturday, August 15, (11am - noon) where young sailors can climb aboard for stories, imaginative play, and Alaska Native cultural activities.

We can't wait to welcome all our little captains aboard! ⚓💙

Come learn, play, and explore together at Baby Raven Reads Storytime with Teacher Brandi Heppe! 🖤📚🦅

Saturday, August 15th
11am - Noon

Join us for a joyful family storytime featuring a Baby Raven Reads book, followed by hands-on activities that introduce young children to the rich cultures and traditions of the Tlingít, Haida, and Tsimshian peoples.

Designed for children ages 0–7 and their caregivers, this welcoming program is full of stories, play, creativity, and cultural discovery. Everyone interested in learning more about Alaska Native cultures is invited to attend!

A big thank you to Sealaska Heritage Institute's Baby Raven Reads for sponsoring this wonderful program. We hope you'll join us!
