Get ready to make your artwork POP! ✋🎨

Join artist & teacher, Ashley Lohr, for OP ART HANDS! Kids will trace their hands and use lines and colorful markers to create an amazing optical illusion that makes their hand look like it’s rising right off the paper! This fun and creative art project is a great way to explore patterns, perspective, and visual tricks while making a masterpiece to take home.

This program is made possible with funding from the Petersburg Public Library Art Education Endowment.

Join us for a special Baby Raven Reads story time followed by hands-on Alaska Native cultural activities designed for young children, ages 0-7, and their caregivers.

Saturday, June 20th 🖤 11am - Noon

Through stories, play, and creative activities, families will have the opportunity to explore and celebrate traditional Tlingít, Haida, and Tsimshian cultures in a fun and welcoming environment.
