🍭✨ Showcase & Sweets was a SWEET success! ✨🍭

What a great evening celebrating the incredible learning happening at Sonoran Foothills! 💙🐾

Our Bobcats loved welcoming their families into their classrooms, showing off their hard work, and taking the lead as they shared what they’ve been learning. Add in some sweet treats, our Book Fair, and time together as a school community, and it made for a pretty special night!

A HUGE shoutout to our amazing teachers and staff who put so much time, energy, and heart into making tonight possible. From preparing classrooms and student work to welcoming families and celebrating our Bobcats.

And, of course, THANK YOU to our families for showing up, supporting our students/PTSA, and celebrating alongside us. Nights like tonight are a great reminder of what makes the SF community so special.

When Mrs. Colangelo starts roaming the halls with a Bop It… things get competitive REAL quick. 😂🎯

BOP IT. TWIST IT. PULL IT. 👏🏼

What a FUN night with our SF family! 💙🐾

A huge thank you to our amazing Sonoran Foothills PTSA for hosting and organizing tonight’s SF Family Night at KTR! From jumping and playing to laughing and connecting, it was a great night spent together outside of the school day.

SURPRISE! We have THREE grant winners at SF! 💰🎉

Today, three of our amazing Bobcat teachers received a surprise visit and some VERY exciting news — they were selected as winners of the APS Supply My Classroom Grant! 🍎✏️📚

Each teacher will receive $500 to put right back into their classroom and support our students! 💙🐾

And this is a BIG deal! 👏🏼 With more than 9,000 applications submitted and only 500 winners selected across the entire state, we are incredibly excited to have THREE of those winners right here at Sonoran Foothills! 🤩

Congratulations to our teachers Mrs. Halter (1st grade), Ms. Roberts (2nd grade), and Mrs. Alexander (speech therapist)!

Holy guacamole… we love our staff! 🎉🥑

Today was National Guacamole Day, so of course we had to guac & roll with a chips, guac, and dip bar for our amazing Bobcat staff! 🌮💚

Nothing says midweek pick-me-up quite like chips, dips, guac, and a little time to snack together! 😋

Because at SF, our staff is definitely NACHO average team! 💙🐾

What an incredible day for our 6th graders! 🤩

This past Friday, our 6th grade students headed to Chapel Rock in Prescott for an action-packed day of team building, communication, leadership, and problem-solving! 💪🏼

From challenging high ropes obstacles to engaging low ropes activities, students were encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, work together, communicate effectively, and support one another along the way. 🌟

It was amazing to see our students encourage their teammates, tackle challenges, think creatively, and discover that sometimes the best way to succeed is by working together! 🙌🏼

A day filled with challenges, laughter, teamwork, and plenty of memories! 💙

Way to go, 6th grade! We’re so proud of you! 🎉👏🏼

🎟️🐾 It’s TRACKS Trolley Day!

Look at our Bobcats cashing in those hard-earned TRACKS Tickets! 💙 These students have been showing their TRACKS everywhere they go by being Trustworthy, Respectful, Accountable, Creative, Kind, and Safe!

Keep making those great choices, Bobcats. We love catching you showing your TRACKS and when you follow them, you make our school a better place! DVUSD
