For many of us, it's a reminder to head indoors and stay hydrated. For someone without a safe place to go, it's a life-threatening emergency.

The meaning of a bed is different for every person who walks through our doors.

For some, it means relief for the night. For others, it's a second chance. For many, it's the first safe place they've slept in a long time. And for someone else, it simply means they don't have to wonder where they'll sleep tonight.

Whatever it represents, every bed offers something everyone deserves: safety, dignity, and a place to rest.

At CAS whether someone needs shelter for one night or is ready to begin working toward long-term stability, our team is here to provide support every step of the way.

Because sometimes the first step isn't moving forward—it's finally having a safe place to rest.💜

A filled with hygiene essentials, electrolyte packets, sunscreen , cooling towels, and everyday necessities, our kits help our clients stay safe in the extreme heat.

Join us for Vista Colina Community Day on August 22!
There are two ways you can support families at Vista Colina:

1. Volunteer on August 22 | 9 a.m.
Help clean and prepare shelter units for families. Participation is limited to 15 volunteers, and only 8 spots remain!

2. Donate School Supplies and Pantry Items
Help students prepare for school and keep the Vista Colina pantry stocked throughout the year.

Just dropping off a donation? There’s no need to wait until August 22. Donations can be dropped off daily from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Thank you to MPM Pet Products for stepping up as a and helping keep our hydration station full.

Not only did their team organize a water drive, but they also personally delivered cases of bottled water to our Single Adult shelter after coordinating the delivery of an entire pallet just weeks earlier.

Thank you for MPM!🐾
