Last night, our Dream Center students received a fun surprise! Thanks to the generosity of Charmie Simms and the Bob Bové Foundation, our students now have new sports equipment to help them stay active this summer by playing their favorite sports or trying new ones for the very first time.

In honor of her late husband, Bob Bové, Charmie continues their shared passion for giving back to children in our community. Longtime supporters and loyal bike donors, Charmie and Bob, have always believed in creating joyful opportunities for kids to learn, grow and thrive.

This year the Bob Bové Foundation chose to donate sporting equipment right in time for summer to offer kids a fun and entertaining way to stay active. Our kiddos lit up with excitement as they were given a shopping experience for a sport of their choice.

All equipment was also purchase from C&S Sporting Goods and personally delivered by the team!

This year's Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive brought in more than 80,000 pounds of food for SVdP in Phoenix! 👏🏼😀

Take a look inside our warehouse! There are rows and rows of pallets filled with food, all thanks to YOU! Every can you donated will go a long way in helping families in need, especially during the summer months.

Melinda spent years struggling in pain and with her self-image because of her smile. It was her biggest insecurity.

After years of hardship, battling addiction, healing and rebuilding, one life-changing moment helped her rediscover her confidence and her smile. Now, after receiving help from SVdP’s dental clinic, she’s looking ahead to a future filled with hope and giving back.

SVdP hosted a special Mother’s Day celebration with the help of Joy Dravecky Jewelry and Rise48 Equity.

Joy Dravecky brought materials from her jewelry business so children could give their moms handmade necklaces on Mother's Day. Meanwhile, Rise48 Equity partnered with The Flower Garage to bring a build-your-own bouquet experience that was completely free to all of the mothers in attendance at SVdP's NextPhase Family Dining Room.

Thank you to Joy Dravecky Jewelry and Rise48 Equity for making Mother’s Day memorable for our families and helping our Dream Center kids shower their mothers with love, creativity, and appreciation on their special day.

TODAY is the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, the largest one-day food drive in the country! Don’t forget to set out your bags of nonperishable food outside of your mailbox before your mail arrives and let your mail carrier do the rest!

Add foods like canned proteins, cereals, pastas, peanut butter, and more!
