Our 4th graders are continuing their annual Bucket Filling tradition by taking time to recognize the teachers and staff members who make South Pontotoc Elementary such a special place.

From kind words to thoughtful notes, our students are learning that even the smallest acts of kindness can make someone’s day a little brighter.

We are so proud of our students for spreading kindness and reminding our staff just how appreciated they are!

A good deed worth sharing! 🩷

Swayze came home telling her mom how much she appreciated our cafeteria workers and wanted to do something special for them. She used her own money to buy popsicles for them as a sweet surprise!

What a thoughtful act of kindness! We are so proud of Swayze for thinking of others and showing just how much a little kindness can mean.

This week, fourth grade kicked off our annual “Fill Our Bucket” series! Our students learned what it means to be a bucket filler and how a simple act of kindness can make someone’s day.

Students took time to thoughtfully craft beautifully written notes of appreciation for teachers and staff members, thanking them for all they do. We can’t wait to see the smiles these special notes bring!

What a wonderful reminder that kindness and gratitude go a long way! 💛
