A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing volunteers, families, and community partners who helped make our Muffins with Mom event so special! 💕

Your time, generosity, and support helped create such a fun and memorable morning for our students and moms. We are so grateful for everyone who stepped up to help make this event a success!

Hi everyone!

We wanted to share a few updates based on topics discussed during recent PTO meetings.

We wanted to share a quick update regarding event time slots for our Muffins with Mom Event. In past years, we’ve assigned times by grade level, but this year we tried a more flexible approach to give families the option to choose what works best for them. We appreciate everyone’s enthusiasm and participation!

That said, we’ve seen a higher number of attendees per time slot than anticipated. To help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we will be opening additional time slots. This will also require us to bring in a second fire marshal to meet capacity guidelines.

We also understand there have been some questions about costs this year. We want to be transparent that events like Muffins with Mom and Donuts with Dad have become a significant part of our budget. Our goal is to offset some of those expenses so we can continue directing fundraising efforts toward student enrichment and teacher appreciation throughout the year.

We are also still in need of volunteers to help make this event run smoothly. If there are any dads willing to step up to the plate, we would truly appreciate your support so we can ensure the event can take place as planned.

We truly appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and continued support—it makes all of these special events possible for our students!
