Land Recovery Field Day

Come spend a day out in the field with variety of land recovery experts to help you learn how to set your property up for recovery success post fire and flood. This event will include a free lunch and include walking in damaged areas. It will be recommended to wear closed toed shoes and long pants. Participation is limited to 20 people due to scope size limitations of where we are going.

This week's water tip touches the surface of water rights. Which in CO can lead to intense conversations rather quickly. CO is a headwater state meaning all of our water starts here in CO and ends up fueling many other states and even down into Mexico. This creates a pull between our state and many others down the line. The other pull comes from the growth of urban areas needing more water for homes and pulling water away from agricultural land in rural areas.
This is a complicated issue and not one we can easily cover in just one tip.
