Anytime you can have a great High School football experience while leading young men to Jesus Christ and encouraging Christian players to walk in their faith, it is a win for all involved. Thank you Brian Mintz and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes - Etowah County for having this event at the Mega SportsPlex RBC !!

We were so honored to host the Rainbow City Drone Show !! Thank you Mayor Joe Taylor for the vision of this great event. Also, thank you for the shout out to the Southside Panther's Alabama State Soccer Championship . It was a great night of music, food, market, and fun !! As Chairman of the Sportsplex, it was a very proud moment for our facility. Thank you Rainbow City Parks and Recreation Department, the Rainbow City Police Department, the Rainbow CIty Fire Department and the entire staff of the City of Rainbow City.

As of July 1st 2025-June 30th, 2028 Alabama Rush Soccer has signed a facilities use agreement with The Mega SportsPlex RBC and the City of Rainbow City to make Rainbow City their home. The late Bill Martin signed the original agreement in 2023-24. We are excited to partner with Alabama Rush as our anchor tenant at the Complex. The City and the Authority are committed to upholding the standards of excellence at the sportsplex that have made it one of the best complexes in the state.

After Church and Family Easter dinner, we went by the Sportsplex to check out the Indian Kite Festival. Amazing environment with great people. Thank you Raj Patel for choosing our complex and bringing more visitors to Rainbow City and Etowah County.
