-Officially Filed with Registry of Deeds, if you are caught on the wrong side, you will be found in contempt & violation of this Agreement & the Shellfish Warden will summons you.

-Both MAPS have a Mis-Print ...
The Island Labeled "Board Point" should be Labeled as "Poverty Island".

🚨 NOTICE 🚨
As of this Saturday, August 8th .. RB Residents will be switching back to Casella Waste Disposal in Jonesboro for all Garbage &/or Waste & Debris.
The process @ Casellas is the same as prior... you must weigh/check in with the attendant upon arrival. Russell will still be doing his normal Saturday pick-ups @ normal time .. & for those who like the Recycling Service through Machias Transfer Station.. that Service is free for everyone so keep on doing it if you prefer ... Household Garbage must go to Casella. Your Transfer Station stickers will still be valid to use with Casella & if you do not have a sticker yet for this year.. they are available for $5 @ the Town Office!

-There was a mix of communication in terms of pricing .. Casella is just the better deal for Roque Bluffs Tax Payers... saving $$ if & where we can!
