informed, solution oriented therapists, we will explore your past, present and potential circumstances with you and help you find a plan for what is going to work best to get you moving forward to the healthy, productive life you want to live. No matter how big or small your struggle, you deserve to live a healthy and meaningful life. All of us are in this together and we are here to help. There are a lot of weeds that can take over the garden of our minds, but they don’t have to stay there.

By consciously tending to them,
bringing awareness to the judgments,
and reminding ourselves that limiting beliefs can be weeded out—this allows room for the Truth to bloom.

When we bloom Truth we release the lies.
&& the Truth is real simple:
we are whole,
we are worthy,
and we are deserving of all that we dream.

Your mind is a garden
