Whether you're heading to the game, tailgating, or watching the game on TV, a little preparation can help make game day safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone.

🏈 If you are traveling to the game, plan ahead: Check traffic and parking updates, and arrive early to avoid the last-minute rush.

🚘 Designate a Driver: If you're consuming alcohol, plan ahead with a designated driver, rideshare, or another safe way to get home.

💧 Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially in hot weather.

☀️ Beat the Heat: Take breaks when needed and find shade or air conditioning if you begin feeling overheated.

Have fun, stay safe, and BIRDS UP! 🤙🏈
