(4PM) There is a major accident on SW Loop 410, near Somerset. Both main lanes going East and Westbound are shut down. Please avoid the area and take an alternative route. Heavy traffic and congestion is expected in this area.

Congratulations to Detective Sergio Arguello and Detective Toby Travieso on their retirement! 💙🚔

Both Detectives graduated from the class of 1992 Bravo and have had an outstanding 30 year career with the San Antonio Police Department!

Detective Arguello served on multiple units to include Patrol, SAFFE Unit, SVU, and Forgery Unit, also known as the Financial Crimes Unit. Detective Arguello has served on this unit for the past 24 years and was honored to serve as a member of the United States Secret Service South Texas Regional Taskforce for the past 10 years! Thank you Detective Arguello for your hard work and dedication to every unit you worked on. You have earned your retirement and we wish you a happy future ahead!

Detective Travieso worked as a Patrolman before promoting to Detective and working on the East Property Crimes and the Forgery Unit before transferring to the White Collar Unit and has proudly served in the Financial Crimes Unit ever since. Thank you Detective Travieso for showing your commitment to the department over your time here. We hope you enjoy your retirement as you have earned it!

To the both of you, you will be missed. 30 years of hardwork and dedication will never be forgotten! 🚔💙🎉
