Symptoms of E. coli infection can include:
- Diarrhea, often bloody
- Vomiting
- Abdominal cramps

Most people get better on their own within a week, but some people may become seriously ill and need to go to the hospital.

Raw dairy can contain harmful germs. Eat pasteurized milk products instead.
