As San Luis Obispo County is the host community for California's only operating nuclear power plant, these conversations matter to all of us. This forum is an opportunity to hear from respected experts, researchers, and community members. Learn about the facts, and better understand the opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities that come with hosting this facility.

Whether you already have strong opinions or are still exploring the issue, I encourage you to either log on to view from home or attend in person to make up your own mind. The feedback session is in person only. The California State Legislature has the authority to extend the plant, not the SLO County Board of Supervisors. This is not a Supervisor board meeting but an information session.
