You take personal responsibility for your comments, your username, and any other information provided. To facilitate the purposes of the social-media platforms, Comments may be removed if they contain, constitute, or link to:
 Malicious or harmful software;
 Advertisements, promotions, or solicitations of a commercial product or service;
 The disclosure of confidential information or the invasion of an individual’s privacy;
 Profanity, nudity, indecency, obscenity or graphic violence;
 Sexual harassment;
 Harassment on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or age;
 Threats of violence or to public safety;
 The promotion of terrorist groups and activity;
 Defamatory content;
 Copyrighted materials in violation of State or federal law;
 The publication of content subject to legal prohibitions that restrict or limit publication
 Disruptively repetitive content;
 Communications and comments that are wholly unrelated to the subject matter of the posts appearing on the platform;
 Political campaigning. Any content removed pursuant to this Policy will be retained for one year. Some issues may be referred to Facebook for violation of Community Standards and removal. Users may be temporarily or permanently restricted from accessing the social-media
platform if they repeatedly and consistently violate this Policy. If a user has five comments removed for a violation of standards in a 30-day period of time, the user will be banned from the page for a period of 30 days. To contest the restriction of access to a social-media platform, the user must submit to the Office of the Assistant Board Attorney – [email protected] - a
written statement providing grounds for reinstatement. Requests shall be responded to on a reasonably timely basis, and access shall be restored if it is determined that the grounds for reinstatement are sufficient. A statement that the user will abide by this policy in the future shall be sufficient, except when a user has continued to violate the policy after having made such a statement. Our social media accounts are not monitored 24/7. If you’re a student in crisis, or have an emergency, please call 911. We update and monitor social media accounts intermittently throughout the day—from 7:30 a.m. At times, our accounts may be used before and after these times to communicate about urgent issues or respond to inquiries from members of the public. We welcome your comments and questions, but please ensure you do not include personal information or photos of others without their consent. All comments related to district business will be considered public records subject to disclosure upon request. Social media should not be used to make a formal complaint against the district, its employees or its students. For official correspondence, please call 912-395-5585.

🏫📚👷🏻‍♂️ Coastal Empire Montessori Charter School breaks ground at new facility in Cloverdale Community

- The school will move from its current home on Buckhalter Road to the former Coastal Georgia Comprehensive Academy campus at the start of 2027.

- The renovated campus is expected to provide enhanced learning spaces, improved student amenities, and expanded opportunities that align with the school’s mission of nurturing independent thinkers, lifelong learners, and responsible citizens.

- Cail attended elementary school and middle school at the historic building.
- He's currently the head roofer for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System.
- August 12th the school board approved a contract award for the 208 Bull Street Renovation Design Professional.

Officer Marsh began her law enforcement career with the Savannah Police Department in 2016 and has dedicated 10 years to law enforcement, including 4 years as an SRO. She has been at The STEM Academy for 2 years. Officer Marsh has a genuine love for working with children, especially through JPA (Junior Police Academy) and the Operation 15 BOE mentoring program.

A Few Fun Facts About Officer Marsh:

💙 She is a proud graduate of Savannah High School.
🪖 She proudly serves in the U.S. Army Reserves.
