*driver's license
*Current Insurance
*The physical vehicle available for pictures
*$50.00 (cash, or card)

**These are mandatory if you plan to drive your golf cart, side X side, 4-wheeler, etc. in Shinnston City Limits. **

🚨🚨🚨PHYSICAL AGILITY TESTING🚨🚨🚨 October 4th, 2025 @ 8am. Location: Lincoln High School Football Field. ***PLEASE BE SURE TO EITHER BRING YOUR APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT AT 43 BRIDGE STREET IN SHINNSTON OR BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE TESTING***

Applicants must be able to:
*run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes 36 seconds
*do 18 push-ups in 1 minute
*do 28 sit-ups in 1 minute
