Students in the parent pick-up line are currently being escorted out by law enforcement. Following this, bus riders will also be escorted to their vehicles. Please anticipate a 30–40 minute delay for all bus arrivals this afternoon.

Dear Silver Stage Elementary Families,

Silver Stage Elementary is currently being placed in a temporary lock-out as a precautionary measure following a report of a possible threat. This message was sent to multiple schools throughout the county.

At this time, all students and staff are safe. The lock-out is initiated out of an abundance of caution while school administration and local law enforcement respond and investigate the situation. Law enforcement continues to actively investigate the matter.

During the lock-out, normal school operations continued inside the buildings, and students remained supervised and secure at all times. We ask that parents please not come to the school until the lock-out has been lifted. We are unable to allow anyone to enter or leave during this time.

We understand that situations like this can cause concern for families, and we appreciate your patience and support as we work together to prioritize the safety and well-being of our students and staff.
