🌞We hope you have been enjoying the warmer weather this weekend! As it is getting warmer, we have noticed more activity later into the evening and overnight hours. Even though our officers are out patroling our community, our residents are the best eyes and ears we have, and you are even better when the entire neighborhood is involved. Please considering joining us at May 19th at City Hall for a Neighborhood Watch Informational Meeting from 6PM to 8PM. See the attached flyer for all the details.

Another way to be involved is to sign up for Everbridge. This is the new mass notification system to help keep our community safer. The system enables emergency officials to send alerts to those people who have signed up. Please visit the link below for more information and to sign up. This page is specific to Anoka County.

We would like to thank everyone that came out to the steak dinner night at HyVee! We enjoyed meeting and talking with everyone - so look for us to be helping serve steak night again as the weather warms up.

☀️🌡️🚗And - as the weather does warm up, we want to take this time to remind everyone about the dangers of leaving children in vehicles. The Heatstroke Prevention Campaign runs from May 1 to September 30 with a focus on educating individuals regarding the deadly risk of vehicular heatstroke, especially involving children. Please visit the site below for more information and a short, free online training course on the topic.
