We’re one week away from this month’s Nurture Café, where we’ll explore the full breastfeeding picture - the rewards, the challenges and everything in between. Then, we’ll get creative with a clay and bean mosaic project.

When: Friday, October 9 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: O’Reilly Center for Hope at 1518 E. Dale St. in Springfield

What to expect:
- breastfeeding tips and encouragement
- connection with other parents and caregivers
- playtime for babies & older siblings
- healthy snacks

It’s a free, welcoming space for pregnant and breastfeeding WIC members. Older siblings can come along too!

We’re one week away from this month’s Nurture Café, which is all about celebrating the wealth of breastfeeding knowledge that you already have. We’ll have time to share lessons learned and to get creative with a homemade musical instrument project.

When: Friday, September 11 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
