We are a 501c3 non-profit.
Founded in 2018 by myself, Andre' Cole and Gloria Hill to address and fill the cracks in homeless and senior services that are not within reach of mainstream service providers.
Our mission?
First to get our unhoused neighbors sheltered, employed, and housed. Working realistically to end homelessness.
We are seeking funding to provide a Transitional Job Search Shelter at 711 Allen Avenue in the Soulard Neighborhood.
The Bounce Back Project' Transitional Job Search Shelter

This will included combining The Bounce Back Project's Job Search and Resource Center to the shelter program for expanded services, while helping to provide structure during the day when the shelter is closed.
The Bounce Back Project's Transitional Job Search Shelter will be unique in it's kind with a realistic approach to ending homelessness that focuses on job search and career readiness.
Up to 12 Transitonal beds and 15 emergency shelter beds will be enrolled.
There will be no walk-up access to the program. All prospectives clients will be screened and referred through 211 United Way, The Housing Helpline, HMIS Coordinated Entry, Get Help, etc.
Note: HMIS is a local information technology system used to collect client-level data and data on the provision of housing and services to individuals and families at risk of and experiencing homelessness
The emergency shelter bed stay will max at 90 days with continuous evaluations on progress.
After their first 30 days are eligible for the Transitional program if enrollment criteria is met. The transitional bed stay will max at 18 months.
All transitional residents must remain active in The Bounce Back Project's activities which will be available 3 days

The BBP services will also be accessible to the 15 emergency shelter bed clients during these days as well with enrollment encouraged.
This proposed Transitional Shelter will be operated by Urban City Services which has been providing homeless services in the St. Louis area since 2018.
