ISSUED: Effective Immediately
LOCATION: Ararat Ruritan Club
SUBJECT: Drop-Off Donation Location for Ararat / Kibler Valley Flood Relief

Donations Needed for Volunteers & Relief Crews:
In response to the recent severe flooding in the Ararat and Kibler Valley areas, the Ararat Ruritan Club is now open as an official drop-off point for relief and recovery donations.

We are actively collecting supplies to support the volunteer crews, emergency responders, and community members working directly on cleanup efforts.

Requested Items:
• Non-perishable food items (easy-to-eat meals, canned goods with pop-tops)
• Snack items (granola bars, crackers, chips, fruit cups, trail mix)
• Hydration (bottled water, sports drinks, electrolyte powder packs)

Drop-Off Information:
• Location: Ararat Ruritan Club
• Hours: Open daily for walk-in drop-offs starting immediately.

If you would prefer to make a monetary donation, please use the QR code provided.

Your support directly powers the volunteers working hard to rebuild and clean up our community. Every contribution makes a difference.

Please comment if you can help with volunteer service hours - and what skill level or equipment you bring to the table - to aid in logistics and utilization.

If no one is at the Ararat Ruritan Club building when drop offs for supplies are being made, please leave on the table in the main room.

Your support in this community effort is greatly appreciated!!

For urgent inquiries or further coordination, please contact local flood recovery organizers or visit the Ararat Ruritan Club on-site.
