Thank you Sutherlin Blackberry Festival for letting us put out our barrels to recycle bottles and cans! We brought in 6 large bags over the weekend!! What a great boost to our collection!! :)

Can't say enough about our great clubs working together during the Sutherlin Blackberry Festival! Branch club Gwen & George, Pam & Denny and CarolS couldn't have done it without our Noon Lions!! Leo Curtis and Lion JonM kept traffic moving with LisaR, LisaM, BillM and KarenF working hard for a great evening!🎉❣️

Wow! What a night! The Sutherlin Blackberry Festival cruise was the biggest ever! With 283 cars registered during the car show and another 225 registering during the cruise, 508 cars set a new all-time high record! AND… the community collaboration was amazing. Blackberry sponsored the cruise, the Sutherlin Lions club had 11 members working the registration and west side turn-around with the help of the Sutherlin Fire Department. Umpqua Woofstock had an untold amount of people blocking the streets on the route with the Fair Oaks Rural Fire District manning the east side turnaround near BiMart. And the Sutherlin Police Department, with the help of other law enforcement helped make it a great event. Can’t ask for a better community partnership!
