Please join us in welcoming Jayson Burton as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Florida Association of Community Health Centers (FACHC)! 🎉

Jayson brings more than 15 years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles in health centers and healthcare organizations. Throughout his career, he has led financial strategy, strengthened organizational sustainability, improved cash flow and operational performance, and provided trusted financial guidance to executive teams and boards.

Most recently, Jayson served as Chief Financial Officer for Bay Community Health, where he oversaw financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support organizational growth. He also has extensive experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers, grant compliance, revenue cycle management, and 340B program oversight.

As FACHC continues its mission to support Florida's Health Centers and expand access to quality healthcare, Jayson’s expertise and leadership will help strengthen our financial foundation and advance our strategic goals.
