Working 9 to 5 looks a little different today!

We broke out the big hair, sequins, and plenty of Dolly inspiration for “9 to 5” Day. From a Coat of Many Colors to Dolly hair throughout the decades - with a few good books in hand, of course - our team had so much fun celebrating an icon known for her music, humor, generosity, and unmistakable style.

During Falls Prevention Awareness Week, we’re highlighting the connection between nutrition and fall risk. Malnutrition can contribute to weakness, loss of muscle strength, and other factors that can make falls more likely.

Through Meals on Wheels, Elder Care Services helps ensure homebound older adults have consistent access to nutritious food that supports strength, stability, and independence at home.
