Elder Care Services will be at the 41st Annual Alzheimer’s Disease and Other Memory Disorders Education & Training Conference for Caregivers on June 20 (Saturday)! Stop by our table to learn about local resources and services available to seniors and caregivers in our community.

Admission is FREE, and the event features expert speakers, helpful resources, and valuable information for anyone caring for a loved one with memory loss. We hope to see you there!

For the past several years, emergency supply buckets have been collected and distributed to seniors throughout Leon County, helping them prepare for hurricane season and stay safe during emergencies. It's that time of year! Fresh fruits and vegetables are beginning to flourish in our community garden, lovingly tended by our amazing volunteer, Karen.

These garden fresh harvests are packaged and distributed to local seniors through our food pantry alongside nonperishable food items, helping provide nutritious meals and a little extra care to those we serve.

Today marks the beginning of hurricane season, and preparation is key. Our CEO, Josie, and COO, Nicole, joined fellow community leaders to learn about the resources available to help residents get ready for the months ahead.
