Every reader deserves to see themselves, their history, and their world reflected on library shelves. Banned Books Week is Oct. 4-10, and we are celebrating your freedom to read and highlighting the diverse stories that make our community so vibrant!

Libraries are welcoming, and inclusive spaces built to provide reading materials for everyone. While some of these titles have been challenged books in various places, we believe every reader should have the opportunity to choose the stories that resonate with them.

Join us TODAY, September 19, from 1 to 3 P.M. for our second annual On the Same Page: A Literacy Event! Whether you’re a lifelong bookworm or a young reader just starting out, this community celebration is packed with high-energy games, wordplay, and activities designed for all ages.

We’ve got something for absolutely everyone:
