Every day, the ministries of Genacross Lutheran Services touch the lives of individuals and families throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. Genacross provides a continuum of care and services that focus on enhancing people’s lives, while fostering hope, healing, and growth. We care for people throughout all stages of life’s journey, serving many generations, and we are thoughtful in the
ways we engage with people of different ages, backgrounds, and faiths. Our far-reaching service line includes Family & Youth Services, Affordable Housing, Home Health, Rehabilitation, Community Services (including mental health counseling and adult day care), and Senior Living options. While our rich heritage spans more than 160 years, we embrace change and innovation so that our charitable ministry continues to evolve to meet current needs. We are supported by nearly 170 Lutheran congregations across the region. Our mission, vision, and values provide the framework for how we provide care and services, how we relate to staff and volunteers, and how we serve the community at large.
