Great news! Catalina Pool will reopen tomorrow, Tuesday, August 4, and resume its regular operating schedule.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while our team completed the necessary cleaning and water balancing to ensure the pool was safe for everyone.

📚 Back to school is almost here!

From August 5-14, City Staff, Sun Tran, school district representatives, community partners, and volunteers will be at key bus stops to help students and family feel confident using public transit throughout the first two weeks of the school year during morning and afternoon commutes. Our community teams will be ready to welcome riders, answer questions, and support a safe trip to and from school!

As we approach a new school year and students head back to the classroom, the Tucson Police Department encourages the community to use safe online habits and help prevent cyberbullying.

If you experience cyberbullying:
• Don't engage or reply.
• Protect your privacy and personal information.
• Report and block the account.
• Save and document everything, including screenshots, messages, comments, and dates and times.
• Tell a trusted adult, such as a parent, teacher, or school counselor.

Things you say and do online are there forever. Teasing is not always as innocent as it may seem. Together, we can create a safer environment for our youth, online and offline.
